No Refund & No Return Policy - Digital Products (Mock Examinations)

Nature of Digital Products:
By their very nature, digital products like our mock examinations are instantly accessible upon purchase. Once you have been granted access to the digital files or online platform containing the mock examination materials, the transaction is considered final.

No Right to Cancel Under Consumer Contracts Regulations:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers typically have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel online purchases. However, this right to cancel is excluded for digital content once you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access it with your consent. No Refunds:

We will investigate the issue and strive to provide a solution. However, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
